I'm working on a project with variables and I'm coming across a problem where the new variable won't = assessment of another variable. I'm trying to change the state of an object on the screen that's 5 seconds into the timeline when a variable is set to the value of another.
The problem is on the "Scores" frame. The test is just a quick sample I put together to see how I could score tests on other material we'll use later. When the tally is added up for correct or incorrect score, the state doesn't change on the rectangle I used that shows a truncated %.
Instead of simply dividing a variable and getting 66.66 %, I decided to have the tally's alter a rectangle's state to show 70%, for example. When I leave the results page to review the tests, it doesn't want to remember the state it was in.

Sorry, I meant = assignment, not assessment.
Hi Jesse,
Are you able to share the .story file here?
I can, yes, let me attach it.

I got it, thanks for trying to assist.
Nice! Glad to hear it, Jesse
