All text in notes was deleted from all Graded Type Slides, but old text is appearing when you preview or publish. I've attached a Word doc. You will see it reads Click to add notes in black in the story file - but old text is still showing in player. I need to send to the client asap and this is an issue on 10 of 23 slides graded type slides. HELPPPPPPPP
an update to this issue - it is not showing my old notes for the particular slide - it is showing the notes on the first slide of this scene - again - not all 23 questions have this issue - but almost half.
This was an issue we had previously that was addressed in Storyline 2, Update 10. Please download the latest update here and let us know if this alleviates the issue.
