Notes Display Panel Jun 27, 2014 By Mary Beth Maidment I have had a reviewer experience a strange phenomenon: He is not seeing the Notes display in the side panel on all slides... but only on 1 of the slides. When I view the course, I can see it just fine. Do you have any idea what might cause this? My thoughts go to things like What browser version is he using? What flash player does he have installed? Is there some known cause for this type of behavior?

The general system requirements are outlined here for viewing Storyline. Next, I'd want to confirm that you're both viewing the published output within the intended environment instead of viewing it locally as that could cause issues with features of your content failing. If you'd like us to take a look at it, we are happy to! You could share a link to the published course here for us to see or the .story file to look at your settings and how it was published.
