I want my slide notes to be in Articulate 10. If I format a specific slide's notes like that, it changes back to Tahoma 5.5 after I record audio for the slide. Then, I have to reformat the note again. I can't find a setting for the font for the notes, and I can't find where the default is set. HELP!! Thanks.
Following the steps you mentioned here, I'm not able to experience the same behavior in my Storyline files. First, I'd want to check that you're following along with these guidelines while working in your Storyline files:
You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.
The font within the "Notes" section of each slide is controlled using the same section of the Home tab that you would use to control the font on the slide itself. You would need to select the text within the "Notes" section and then using the Font options apply the changes there. The general default for a new file looks to be Articulate font, size 9. I don't believe that it's an option to update that within any of the Design or Theme settings though.
I have the same basic question changing font size globally in the notes section. I know I can change it on each slide but wondering if there is a way to change it globally? Thanks! I saw this thread was 5 years old and was hoping there has been an update I'm not aware of in Storyline 360.
Thanks for checking in on this! It's not yet a feature in Articulate 360 to globally set the notes font, but you can now modify the player font size as shown here.

Yes Kim. It's been 5 years we are asking for this feature that would make us spare hours of manual formatting.
