I need some help...I clicked the Notes button to add notes into the Notes pane and it opened as a new window. It's gone off the screen and I can't figure out how to make it redock. I've tried restarting Storyline, etc. Does anyone know how to get it back where it belongs?
Hi, Elizabeth -- As seen in the info below, if you double clicked on Notes, it will open in a new window. In the upper right corner of the popped-out Notes window, you should see the same Redock icon as seen in the same link below. If you continue to have issues, please share your file and I will see if I am able to locate it for you.
The Timeline, States, and Notes panel is only accessible in Slide View. If it isn't visible at the bottom of the screen, click the arrow in the lower right corner of the slide stage to open it.

Then select the Note tab.
Thanks!!!
Hi Elizabeth,
According to me. The easiest solution in such situations is to redock all windows,
You can find this in ((view>Redock All Windows))
The screenshot might help.
Thanks for popping in to share as well Stratbeans. That's my go to as well :)
Appreciate the input, Stratbeans, and happy to help, Elizabeth. :)
Thanks everyone, it was seriously making me crazy yesterday. I really appreciate the help! :-)
That's what we're here for, Elizabeth! :)
