Notes Show Up as TOC in HTML5

I have a course where I've turned off everything in the player, yet on a few select slides I have the Notes tab showing with some background information. All works great in HTML5 except when I get to these slides, the TOC shows up in the Notes tab. You have to actually click on the tab Notes for it to change to the actual Notes. See below...

When I get to the slide, I see this:

Once I click on the Note tab, then it shows the notes:

Any idea on how to resolve?

Hi Christina,

That is strange. It looks like the menu is still enabled for that slide. What do you have selected for that specific slide?

It should look something like this:

If you've already checked this, are you able to share your .story file here, so I can take a look?

Thanks for the quick reply! That's how I've got it set up. I will submit a case to send over the file, as some of the content is confidential. Can you send me the link to do so? I can't seem to find it

No problem! You can submit a support case here. Just include the .story file on the second page of the form. Also, if you can, please share the case details with me so I can follow the progress.

Hi Katie! I checked on the case that Christina submitted to see if there was resolution and this was resolved with Storyline Update 3 and the information as well as download link can be found here.

Hmm...I have that version and am still having the same problem. I have a Slide Titles tab and a Closed Captions (Notes) tab. My slide titles appear on both tabs and the close captions appear at the bottom of the slide titles in the Closed Captions tab.
