Using Storyline 3 - I have the Notes tab in my player selected to appear next to my Menu. The Notes tab is there for the first couple of slides and then it disappears. I thought at first that maybe it just wouldn't show with a layer, but it never reappears even for a straight slide. Any suggestions? Thanks.
I appreciate you reaching out to share the details of what you are seeing in your course.
I'm curious if the slides where the Notes tab is missing may have custom slide properties set. Take a look at this documentation.
If needed, then with your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Hi Leslie, Thank you so much for this! It is entirely the custom slide properties, which I just wasn't seeing before. I really appreciate your help. Thank you!
So glad to hear that you were able to get this corrected, Gilian :)
I appreciate you chiming in with an update.
