Hi there...we publish all of our tutorials with the notes displaying on the left sidebar. When publishing using 360/html5, we are finding that sometimes the letters are truncated when there is a scrollbar present on that sidebar. (See image) Also, on some computers the scrollbar is not present and you cannot scroll down to see the rest of the text. Anyone else experience this?
You're actually the second person I've seen report something like this today, so I'm really interested in taking a look at your file. Would you mind attaching it here? If you'd like to keep it private, use this form instead.
Also, are you noticing that this happens on specific browsers, or on any HTML5 supported browser?
Dropping in to say that were reporting the same issues with our courses recently. Any notes tab with a scroll bar appears to be cutting off letters on the right hand side, as if the scroll bar is covering up the text.
Sorry you're running into this--I'm sure it's causing quite a few headaches! This issue is a priority for us, and we'll let you know when we have a fix.
Deirdre, I'll let Wilbert know that the workaround didn't work for you. As soon as I get an update, I'll be sure to post it here!
Hi I am experiencing this issue too! This all works fine when published as HTML5/flash, however I cannot use this option as this causes other bugs such as scroll bars that have white space at the bottom.
Can I have an update please on when a fix for this is likely.

Great news, everyone! We just released another update for Articulate 360, and it includes a fix for the issues where notes wouldn't always scroll in HTML5 output on mobile devices/the right edge of the notes text would cut off in Flash output.
Simply launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

Hi...I submitted one of our files from the form link above. The inability to scroll is not happening on my computer, but others have reported it.
Thanks, Deirdre! I can see the file you submitted in your case--we'll give it a test and reach out to you shortly!

Yes, that is exactly what we are seeing. Changing the font size, as was suggested in my support response, doesn't work.

I am also seeing this occur in FLASH output only. Changing the font of Notes helps but does not eliminate the problem completely.
I am using Storyline 360 v3..10.13923.0.
Is there a fix or workaround to this issue? I have a client that needs this fixed.
Hi Marty!
I just had a user report this a couple of days ago and we have reported this as a bug.
I will add this thread to the report as well which allows us to understand user impact and reply back when we can as well.
I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.

Thanks.
Thanks for your additional findings Trevor.

Has this issue been fixed yet?
Yes, I believe it was fixed in an update this past summer. At least, for our case it was.
No, this issue has returned in a recent update of SL360.
Hi Marty - It has not been corrected yet, but I took a look and our team is working on it.
