Help! The PPT notes appear in Storyline. I have changed the name of the tab from Notes to Transcript. The Transcript tab appears, but no notes. I have tried clearing the cache and resetting the player and then reopening the custom player. But, nothing is working. I don't know what else to do. Any other suggestions?
So your notes appeared when you first imported it, and then disappeared? You shouldn't have to change the name, as there is already a built in Notes tab for Storyline where it should appear. Can you share your .story file and original .ppt here with us or if you'd prefer to not post it in the forums, send it to us by submitting a Support case?
We are using the notes section in PPT for audio transcription, so I have changed the tab text to display as "Transcript" instead of "Notes." I could see the notes in Storyline, but they were showing in the published version. I was instructed by another instructional designer/developer/programmer to change the font color in the player using the advanced options. It worked.
