Greetings,
This may be an easy fix but I am not able to crack this mystery with my triggers or set up. I have a slide that combines check boxes and numeric entries. I am looking to have two checkboxes correctly selected WITH the correct numeric answers entered into the numeric fields. However, frustration is setting in and I only have 3 of the numeric boxes working AND I am unable to trigger a correct submission of answers to clear the slide. Am I creating triggers out of order? Are there specifics steps to follow first? Many thanks in advance! Thank you for your feedback and assistance.

First, you need to change the trigger order so that the Submit Interaction trigger is executed last. Then, you need to add conditions to the trigger that sets the Incorrect item. See attached.
Thank you Michael for the quick reply! Makes much more sense now. Any particular reason why my last box did not have a "0" prepopulated, while the other 3 boxes had "0"s already?
Good question :-) Change the default value of Apples to something other than 0, and then change it back. That worked for me.

I have a numeric variable set up as '.05' as the correct response.
However, I would like users to get it correct , if they type '1/2'. How can I set it up?

You can set multiple correct responses for a fill-in-the-blank graded question.
That sounds like it may fit your need.
