We just recently upgraded to Storyline 2. Is anyone else having difficulty getting the shadow options to function in "shape Effects?" I can apply the default shadow, but when I open the shadow effects options, and attempt to make changes to size, transparency, blur, etc. the sliders have no effect. One of my coworkers also tried it on her machine to make sure it wasn't just me, and met the same problems. Is it just us? Anyone else seen this? Anyone know of a fix or work around? Thanks!

I tested an object, and the sliders in the format shaped worked as expected.
Please make sure you are working locally as described here.
If this does not work, you could try to repair Storyline.
