Objects hiding with slide master

Hello all...
I have seen several posts that seem to be very similar to my issue, but I am unable to resolve it. I have a scoring panel that I want to appear on all slides. The scoring panel has objects and variables on top. I have the panel placed on a layer in the slide master on a "blank" slide. When that slide comes up in the course, the score panel is not visible. But when a layer is triggered on that regular slide, the score panel appears. When the layer is closed, so does the score panel. I have tried placing it in various locations on the slide master with no success. Any suggestions are appreciated.

without seeing the file, I'm guessing you need a slide trigger on the master that shows the layer when timeline starts.
Hi Michael... i was smart enough to remember that =-). I have the file attached. Another thing I noticed is that I have a state change when the variable reaches a certain level to show completion. That state change reverts back to normal when the slide changes.
Have a look at the attached and see if that's close to what you wanted. Because the level 1 and 2 floorplan slides show a layer when the timelime starts, they close the layer on the master. I added a toggle variable that shows the masterlayout layer again.
