I am working in Artiulate Storyline 2. For some reason my objects are not changing states either when they are clicked on, or when the user hovers a mouse over them. I have tried:
doing the same thing on different slide layouts
in a new slide
a new project
Even tried shutting down the computer and Articulate and starting again.

Hi Kathy
I notice you have all object in a hidden state
I think the change state on hover gets confused
I have attached a quick change to your file
All objects start in normal state (white fill & white text)
No triggers required, let SL do the work for you
