Hi - I have the weirdest issue. I cannot see the slide or layers I need to work on in Storyline 360. From story view, I can see all slides/scenes, but once I drill down to look at one particular slide with layers, everything disappears. I know it's still there because I can close the file and re-open and I can see it from story view. also, it works fine when published, but I can't preview it in SL 360.
I've tried recopying the whole scene, I've tried saving as a different file, and nothing works.
That certainly does seem strange! Would you mind attaching your .story project file here so I can take a look first hand? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread. Thanks!
Sorry. I don't have a solution other than to recreate. We ended up going with a different look and feel so I recreated the slide with new elements and just deleted the old one. I know that I wasn't able to just copy and paste the layers, I had to actually recreate them.

Did you ever solve this. I am facing the same issue. Can't see the content on the opened slide.

Hi Brian, happy to help you figure this out!
It looks like you may have imported an Engage interaction into Storyline 360, is that correct?
If so, are you using the most up-to-date version of Storyline 360, and are all of your files saved to your local hard drive?
