Odd Behavior with Slow Network Connections

Hello,
Has anyone else experience odd behavior when your users are taking a Storyline course over a slow network connection?
For example, we had users in located in Europe who were unable to navigate past a specific slide that had a branched navigation. The users had to navigate down both branches before they could navigate past the page. Despite visiting both branches, it appeared that the triggers controlling the advancement logic failed to trigger.
Our US based users taking the exact same course did not report any problems with that particular page.

Hi Stephen,
I haven't heard of the course not adhering to trigger logic based on the speed - but you mentioned it's only occurring for your European users - is it occurring for all of them? Have you looked to see what browser they're using?
