Admittedly, I am new to SL but I have used presenter. I cannot get a text box to draw - click on it and I get the right sign but draw and nothing happens. Also when I put in a shape I only get the top right quarter of it. When putting in a character, the head is not aligned with the body and again I do not get the whole figure. I tried looking for solutions but could not find any.
Any chance you could post a video of this? You could do it with SL by starting the screen recorder (which closes SL down) and opening a second occurence of SL to demonstrate the issues. You could also do it with screenr.
Here is the video done through SL. Of course, since I am having this problem - only the upper left part of the screen recorded. I am selecting the text box offscreen. Thank you for looking at it.
Jeanette - that was the solution. I had it on one too high of a setting. I probably should have been able to figure that out but it in any case you saved me a lot of time. Thanks, Robin

Wow! Now that's just messed up.Never seen anything like that. I think the Articulate tech guys will have to diagnose it.
Hi Robin! Wow, that looks pretty funky. Can you check your system's DPI setting and change it to 96 DPI if it isn't already? Here's an article that describes how to do that: http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=st1&id=wrq3kowg4jww
If that doesn't help, definitely submit a support case and a support engineer can help diagnose what's going on. Thanks!

Great - glad to hear you're back in business!
