offline?

I want to downoad and work with templates from the ocntent libarry.

However, I get an error message claiming that I'm working "offline" (although connected to the Internet)

Welcome to Heroes, Heika! Really sorry about that offline roadblock.

That notice typically pops up when folks are not able to access parts of the Articulate 360 servers based on any restrictions within the network. As a first step, please have your IT team make sure the network endpoints listed here are enabled. 

If you run into the offline message after checking those network endpoints, our Support Team is ready to take a look at your system settings and anything else that could be causing this interference with the Content Library. Keep us posted!
