Lately older courses that were created under the old version of Articulate and put into our LMS (Relias) are not working properly - specifically, the interactive slides are not fully functional or freeze.
Hi Suzanne! We'd love to help you out. When you say the "old version of Articulate," do you mean Storyline 1, or a previous update of Storyline 2? You can download the latest versions of Storyline 1 and 2 here.
You will want to make sure you're on the latest version and republish your projects. If that doesn't fix the issue, we're happy to have a closer look! We can help you test your project on SCORM Cloud to see if it plays well in that environment. If you'd like, share your .story file here or in a case with our engineers.
