Older module with Frutiger font not working on new version

Hello, I opened an older module made on SL2 on a Win 7 machine. There were no issues with the font at the time. We needed to do an update to SL360 on a Win 10 machine but now the Frutiger font is very hard to read. I had a colleague open it on his machine and it also had the same issue too. The font is semi transparent.  Attached is an image of the font that's all over the module.
