On-screen instructions for tablet / desktop courses

I'm interested to know how people have adapted their on-screen instructional text when producing content for tablet/desktop viewing.

For example, when you create a course in Articulate Storyline aimed at desktop and tablet users, do your on-screen instructions say:

"Click" button X
"Press" button X
"Select" button X
Something else

I'm quite interested in this as well.

For me I believe that Select fits nicely in between tablet and pc, so I'm leaning towards this text for current and future courses. What are your thoughts?
