Onboarding ideas?

Hello everyone.

I have recently been asked to design and develop an onboarding program for:

- Employees that are new to the company

- Employees that have been with the company but are new to a specific department that I currently work in

Any ideas, examples, opinions that you might be willing to share would be greatly appreciated.
