I have a specific question on text entry fields on Storyline 360. Consider that I have 3 text entries on a page and a button to control my answers. When I click on the control button, I want my correct answers to stay in the text entries, while the incorrect ones should be deleted. As an alternative way, I just tried to add some states for text entries like indicating incorrect ones with red for example, but since there is no option for text entries as states, I could not manage it as well.
Is it possible to create a scenario like that within Storyline 360? Actually, I need urgent help! Big thanks to everyone!

I am looking forward to what our community members will suggest for you. In the meantime, my suggestion would be to indicate the correct/incorrect answers with a symbol. In the attached example, I used a circle that starts hidden, then changes to either green or red, depending on the answer.
For each text entry, add the following triggers for when the user clicks the button:
Change the state of the oval to green if the variable equals the desired value.
Change the state of the oval to red if the variable is different than the required value.
Set the variable to (blank) if the variable is different than the required value.
