One exam score based on actual quizzes - not all

I want to create one storyline project, but have 2 different professions taking the course.

Due to this, some quizzes are the same, and others different (depending upon choice).

Therefore I have a layout like this:

Topic 1 – All take Quiz questions at the end of the scene slides

Topic 2 – All take Quiz questions at the end of the scene slides

Topic 3 – All take Quiz questions at the end of the scene slides BUT, the quiz questions are different depending upon their profession.

Topic 4 – All take Quiz questions at the end of the scene slides

I want an assessment result score which calculates on the actual quizzes they took and not score on the one (or several) which they did not have to do. How do I do this??? I have several courses like this in which I want to create.
