One quiz, two sets of questions?

Hi, I would like to have a quiz of 10 questions.

Person passes set 10 questions first time - registered in LMS

Person fails set 10 questions - presses retry - goes to a second set of random questions (from a bank of 20).

Person passes second set of random questions - registered in LMS

Person fails second set of random questions - can retry the second set until they pass.

So basically I have 20 questions, 10 have to be there the first time, and after failing, any 10 questions can come.

How can I do this?
