I'm working on a project that has embedded videos. These videos trigger to play in a new layer when the user clicks on a play button in the base layer.
The video plays beautifully, but if a user clicks the button to hide the layer and return to the base layer, the audio from the video still plays in the background. I've tried adding a "pause" or "stop" video to the embedded video object, but it doesn't work.
How do I get an online video to stop playing through triggers?
Hi Spencer, I wonder if that's related to the video itself. I just did a quick test with an embedded YouTube video on a layer and the show/hide works for me. See here. Can you share your video URL?

Hi Spencer,
Can always go with "Stop Media" trigger as shown.
Triggers don't work on embedded content, you might be best putting it on a separate slide.
