Thank you for this reply! I know how it could work now, but the thing is: I cannot drag and drop the door on the background I have. I tried to save it as a picture so I could edit it and then insert it on the slide, but somehow it doesn't work. I may as well give up this idea. I liked it though.
Hi Audrey - can you post your file so we can see how you set your file up? I'm sure the fix is something simple, but it's easier to look at the working file before giving you too many things to try.
I checked in with David Anderson as honestly I was stumped too - but turns out he didn't set it up in Storyline. Here is a screenr on how he created the doors, but he also mentioned the same effect could be created in Powerpoint using the 3d effects, and then you could save that as a new image.
Thanks Ashley! When I had first seen the interaction my first thought was Photoshop....Would have been really cool to have that perspective tool inside Storyline.
No problem Jim, and I'm glad we were able to figure it out. I'll be honest when I watched the first one, I also wondered how it happened in Storyline...

David - in the above demonstration you stated that it would be available to pull apart. Has it been posted already? I couldn't find it.
Thanks,
Jennifer
Hi Jennifer - I haven't officially post it since I'm doing a series of them. You can download the door navigation storyhere.
Loved that door demo, David!
David - thanks that really helped!! Great interactive piece.
Hey dave,
Cool effect. in your screencast you mentioned you will make the source file available. Has it moved? I don't see it on this thread.
Thanks!
Ignore! I didn't see the hyperlink
Very cool demo David. I think I could use this kind of device in various places.

Can anyone tell me how the door was skewed in storyline?
