Opening a Quizmaker file in Storyline

Good morning,

I've been trying to open the flashcards template located here: https://community.articulate.com/download/animated-flashcards-template#

I don't have quizmaker installed, but from what I understood, it is possible to open it by importing into Storyline.   However, when I try to do this,  I get an error message saying, "Could not open quiz.  The quiz could not be opened. Please make sure it isn't open in Quizmaker."  

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?  Is it available anywhere in Storyline format already?
