Hi, Chris -- Thanks for reaching out with your question! Can you share if you are using SL1 or SL2? For SL1, you may want to take a look at this idea to use a lightbox to create a custom menu. You may also want to take a look at this thread, and also the ideas suggested here.
I am using SL2 (who does not?). With the mentioned alternatives I have to build the navigationtree by hand (lot of work with 50-80 slides in a project). Feature request is on its way.

do you mean the inbuilt player menu or a custom menu?
I meant in a custom menu or just as a button or link on a page.
