I receive common feedback from users that a particular module (published to our LMS) will become stuck in certain sections. It will generally freeze where there are several animations on the one slide, or where there is a large video file embedded.
I've scrolled through the 'System Requirements' page but cannot find anything around ideal file sizes or format etc.
I have put the issues down to browser compatibility, however I'd like to investigate all possible avenues to help improve user experience.
As far as image size is concerned, the maximum in Storyline is 2048 x 2048 with a wide variety of formats available. For video though, SWF files, FLV videos with Alpha Channel transparency and website videos (Youtube, Vimeo, etc.) cannot be edited in Storyline.
