I am trying to figure out the optimum rendering format in Sony Vegas Pro 11 to create a file to insert in StoryLine. I used storyline to make several screen captures and exported them as MP4. I used them as parts to create one master video. Now I want to render themaster video and insert it back in storyline. I would like the video to fill the screen. The final product will be hosted in our LMS. I am very new to video and teaching myself as I go. I get lost when things start to get very techy and rendering options still seem to be a mystery to me. Can anyone help. Thanks.

Hi Katie, have you figured out the optimal settings in Sony Vegas Pro? Facing the same problem now.
