optional quiz question

Jul 17, 2019

Hi, I'm new to Articulate and building my first quiz.

Let's say the quiz has 10 questions but then there is a bonus question which only a subset of users need to answer. The way the project works now is the people who don't have to answer the bonus question have only a 91% completion on the results page. Is there an easy way to have a single results page where either path ends with 100% completion? FYI the quiz is pass only, meaning the user is immediately informed when they answer a question incorrectly and have an unlimited number of tries to get the correct answer before they move on to the next question. So the user should always end with a 100%.

I wondered if there was a way that answering NO to the path taking the user to the bonus question could count for the remaining 9%?

Any help is appreciated

Just thinking out aloud here Andrew

How do the users who have to do the bonus question get to it? Is there a branch/button at the beginning of the course that identifies them? or is it when the quiz starts they are identified.

Could you make that slide a quiz slide with a score of 9 points?
