I made a module in Storyline 360 containing a number of survey questions (short answer and essay). The employee can fill this in freely. Now I want these completed responses from all employees that they have given back in the LMS. I have now included a result slide in my module, but how do I get the questions in it and what should I do when my module is in the LMS and I want to see all the answers given there? Thank you very much for the responses!
I've played a bit with this in my LMS and if I publish to Scorm 2004, 4th Ed the individual answers get pushed through to my LMS in the "assessments" area.
If I remember, one question (maybe it was a likart scale) didn't come through the way I had hoped for so I think I had to adjust those types).
Unsure if you'll have something similar in your LMS.
I've heard the same, that more details are available when publishing to SCORM 2004 4th Ed.
However, in our case, and from many other vendors I've heard about, not all LMS vendors fully support the 4th Edition. Later we opted to go with the 3rd Edition, but not sure if that sends the same amount of data to the LMS or not, but I'd try it.

I suppose that might depend on your LMS.
