I am using software simulations but in a few of the slides, there appears to be part of the screen blanked out. It is not blanked out in the Action Fine Tuning window and there is nothing created which blanks part of the screen out. What can be causing this? Please see attached screenshot.
Thanks for sharing the image here. I haven't seen that before when just recording a standard Excel as a part of the screen recording (or really recording anything). Does it appear normally when you're previewing the course? Are you able to share a copy of the .story file here with us?

You'll also want to confirm that you're working on the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 7, and recording and working on local project files.
