I have published a course (SCORM 2004 v.3) and set it as pass/incomplete with a score of 80% or higher. I loaded the course to CornerStone LMS and took the course. My score shows 100% but my transcript still shows the course as incomplete....any ideas on how I might fix it? Thanks!
Are you able to replicate this issue in SCORM Cloud or is this limited to your LMS? If you are able to replicate, we would want to take a look. If you are unable to replicate, you may need to follow up with Cornerstone.
We have been able to duplicate this problem in SCORM cloud 3 separate times. The last attempt was complete with a score of 95% but the course still doesn't show complete. I am sure I have something incorrect but we cannot find it. I don't see anything different from my others but this one fails to register complete status. Is there a time minimum I could have accidentally set somewhere? I have added my .story file. Thanks for helping me solve this one. I have been manually entering those complete but with 4000 taking it, I won't be able to keep up.
Do you experience an issue with my course? Are the users completing the test the second time as well or leaving prior to completion? Are they receiving a passing score?
No it's random. The other users passed with a 90 and a 95 but the course still didn't show complete. They did take it all in one sitting and only took the quiz once, received a passing score but didn't show complete.
Hi Lisa! I took the course twice and was still able to reach completion. Have you or any of your users taken the course I shared above?
Without being able to replicate, it's difficult to tell what you may be experiencing. If you wish to work directly with our support team here you may do so as well.
The only thing I know is different is the locked navigation and that shouldn't interfere with the completion status...? I published in SCORM 2004 v.2 and SCORM 1.2 and we had the issue on both.
I did not change any settings in your file, simply published. So, it's still published to LMS, Tracking by Results Slide 2.64, SCORM 2004, and Report Status of Passed/Incomplete.
Not based on the tracking via Results Slide. Have you tried to publish again to see if you experience the same issues since you are not able to re-create the issue with my published content?
Thanks, Lisa, and please feel free to share any additional information or updates here when you hear back from Cornerstone, as it may help others in the future. :)
Sorry, here is the correct image. As you can see, she passed, received a 90% but the course still shows incomplete. This is a common behavior inside the LMS when I pull up the learner's transcript. It happens about 1/2 the time in SCORM cloud....?
Thanks so much for the update, Lisa, and at this point, I would like to recommend that you work with our Support Engineers for further investigation. I will go ahead and set you up in a case momentarily and you will be contacted via email shortly thereafter. Your patience is appreciated!
And just to confirm, Lisa, your case #00771593 has been received in our system, so we'll be sure to follow along and share relevant updates here in the thread for anyone who may benefit. :)
I've been having the same issue with a course not marking complete in our LMS. I just tried it in SCORM Cloud and it still marked incomplete. Our courses tend to work fine when they track number of slides but when I want to use a results slide they don't mark complete. Has there been a resolution to this issue?
Hi, Sarah -- Thanks for reaching out, and it looks like Lisa is still working through her case with our engineer Eloisa, so when I have an update, I will be happy to share it. In the meantime, as you mentioned you are having difficulties on both your LMS and in the SCORM Cloud, I would also like to invite you to go ahead and reach out to our Support Staff directly. You would be able to share your file by way of this form, and I will follow along there, as well. :)

Thanks for sharing Lisa! I'm taking a look now.
Hi Lisa!
I published your course:
https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/InvitationConfirmEmail?publicInvitationId=a6e1e595-06ad-4af9-9cb1-32511c11721d
The results look correct to me:
This is not the behavior that you're seeing in your published course?
No, I did get complete once but not the second time and two colleagues finished it but it didn't mark it complete for them either.
So, the issue seems to happen when you re-try the quiz? I'll take another look.
Do you experience an issue with my course? Are the users completing the test the second time as well or leaving prior to completion? Are they receiving a passing score?

Hi Leslie,
I was able to pass and have the course show complete as well. So, it must be something in my publishing settings? What settings did you use?
The only thing I know is different is the locked navigation and that shouldn't interfere with the completion status...? I published in SCORM 2004 v.2 and SCORM 1.2 and we had the issue on both.

Right - I simply unlocked the navigation for 'faster' testing :)
So is there a reason that "free" navigation versus "restricted" navigation could be causing the course to stay "incomplete"
Not based on the tracking via Results Slide. Have you tried to publish again to see if you experience the same issues since you are not able to re-create the issue with my published content?
I republished and could not duplicate the problem again either - I sent it back to cornerstone. Thanks!

Hi Christie & Leslie,
In checking with Cornerstone, we did replicate the problem again in SCORM cloud. Here is the upload and a screen shot of what it is still doing in CS https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/InvitationConfirmEmail?publicInvitationId=a2cbc497-c1cc-4bda-86ec-7f4454472d23
