Our team has been noticing a weird issue with our LMS completion status. If a user takes a course on the desktop, they receive a "complete" once all slides are viewed. However, when the user take the same lesson on an iPad, the status becomes "Passed". This was causing issues as folks were not getting the "completion" status. Has anyone had this issue? Is this an HTML5/Flash thing?
Our settings in Storyline 360 are Complete/Incomplete.
That seems odd--we would expect that you would get a "Complete" status from both iPad and desktop.
Have you tried testing the file in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the actual project file. If you'd like help with that testing, attach your file here!
Thanks for your responds. It is happening with ALL of our files. It almost seems as if the user runs HTML5 we get a "passed" and when using Flash we get a "complete". Thoughts on that?
I just did a quick test using a Storyline 360 file with Completed/Incomplete reporting status. On both desktop and iPad iOS 10.3.1, I saw a Complete status.
Would you mind testing this link on your end, as well? Do you see a difference between the status on desktop and iPad there?

Alyssa,
Can I ask what your settings are? We are using Flash/HTML5 as Fallback with NO AMP. What setting did you use, maybe we could try that?
Thanks!
The settings I used were HTML5/Flash fallback with no AMP. Here's the file, if you'd like to compare it to yours.
