Are you uploading this to an LMS? What's the score you see there? Are you adjusting the showing of the slide layers from the main set up to something more customized - as perhaps its something in your triggers? If you'd like to share the .story file as Louise mentioned we'd be happy to take a look at it - you can post it using the "add attachment" button on the bottom of the reply window.
Hi Ashley, yup it's live in our LMS and aside from aesthetics, the triggers are the default ones for the results slide.
Just found out that we're getting an unexpected error when generating reports for that particular course in the LMS. Maybe something broke when we upload the course. Will try re-uploading the course to see if that's it.
Sounds good Calvin - and when you reupload you will likely want to ensure you're using the same file name so that it overwrites the previous course. Also, I'd recommend clearing your browser cache when you try to access it anew just to ensure you're getting the most recent one.

Hi Sorry, it'll take some time (which I probably don't have) to sanitize the file and test again to see if I'm getting the same error.
