At issue are the elements within the package called:
• cmi.core.score.max
• cmi.core.score.raw
These data elements seem to be hard-coded to come over as point values instead of percentages. It also doesn't seem like we can adjust the max value from within Articulate. We can specify how many quizzes there are and how many points each quiz item is worth, but the SCORM just seems to use that to generate an internal percentage, which is then passed to the LMS as a point value.

I'm not sure that I follow what your actual question is, but it seems to be identical to an old archive thread that we have (just look at the content, not the product). In this thread, Brian and Phil just advise to utilize '100' to alleviate the issue. So, can you let me know if this information helps you or just re-direct me if need be
