Passing Quiz Score required by LMS is different that the Passing Quiz Score set in Results Slide Properties

Hi, 

We're having a strange issue. The client has requested that the passing score required for their Module be 80%. However, the LMS will only mark the course as completed and passed by the user if they receive a 90% or 100% score. There are 10 questions total, and they are all weighted evenly at 10 points each. Can someone please help me determine why the LMS is requiring a higher passing score than the one that is set? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Tyler -- Thanks for your question! Have you had an opportunity to test your published output in the SCORM Cloud to see if you encounter the same behavior in that environment? You may also find this information on How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud to be of some assistance. 

And would you like to share which LMS you are using in case there are others in the community that use the same service and can shed a little light?

Hi, Tyler -- Thanks for replying with the LMS you are using, and I know we have many others in the community who use Cornerstone On Demand, as well. As a matter of fact, in case you would like to look through it, here is a thread all about the subject of CoD! And as you shared that your testing was successful in the SCORM Cloud, it may be advisable to reach out to your LMS directly for further assistance. 

Or hopefully, others in the community can chime in to shed a little light. :)
