I am working with several short modules that pass an incomplete/complete to our Canvas LMS. This works fine, however the instructor was wanting to know if we could have a button on the final/results slide that would take them back to the page they were on in the LMS (where the link to the SCORM lives).
I haven't been able to find a clear definition of when the scores are passed to the LMS (upon reaching the results slide, when the module ends, etc.), so I am concerned about losing that reporting if they jump from the module to a new page and the activity doesn't close normally. Any suggestions?
Once the learner lands on the results slide we'll send the reporting to your LMS. You may want to look at using the Exit course trigger/button and that would close the course window. If they were opening the course in a new browser tab, closing it out would return the learner to seeing the LMS main page where they started.
