is there any way of passing data into app upon launch i.e. in a similar way to the ProjectId value is passed into the app on the URL string from the ioslaunch.html? It would have to be some mechanism where the data was then accessible from inside Storyline.
Hi Ed, I`m not sure if that`s exactly what you need, but there was a similar thread recently, see here for some info.
Edit: I just realized that the thread I mentioned is not at all what you want, because you want to pass a variable into the Mobile Player App, right? I don`t think that possible, because the App doesn`t support JavaScript.
Thanks Michael, yeah, it's the lack of JavaScript that is the main hurdle we face. Is there any way to reference the g_strProjectId value that's passed into the app from isolaunch.html (long shot I know).

I don't think there is any way to pass variables back and forward using the App.
Maybe tge the sdk will allow this but I doubt it.
