I've got a slide where I want the video to pause and wait for the user to enter test. The slide should then resume and take the text input to create a new sentence. I tried having the timeline pause at a cue point and resume when the user clicks outside the text entry box, but when the slide plays, the timeline won't pause.
I've attached a screenshot of my triggers if that helps.

I created a sample Storyline 360 slide using the same triggers, and the timeline paused and resumed correctly.
