Hi All, please can you let me know if it is possible to pause screencasts when they are being played back. My learners would like to be able to stop the video and rewind. Is this possible. I am unable to see any function to perform this.
Just on this subject, is it possible to pause the screencast on the slide to make it easier to highlight items, or add captions. Again, I am unable to see any controls to do this. many thanks for your help with this. kind regards Linda
There a couple of options here on how to approach this. You could apply a Zoom Region and apply a trigger that pauses the timeline to emphasize a screencast's particular point. Additionally, you can also apply captions using our built-in editor. We have some great user guides that provide more details on these features here:

Hi Linda,
Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you've inserted the screencast into your course as a video on a single slide, correct?
You can adjust the slide properties to allow the seekbar to be displayed for just that slide. To do this:
This will allow the user to pause/play and scrub the timeline to their choosing. I hope this helps!
