PC specs for taking a Storyline course

a client wants to know when running a course built in StoryLine, what are the minimum PC requirements to do so?

can i find this info online?

are there any requirements as far as what particular PC operating system and processor speed?

i ask because i coworker of mine remembers an issue with a course created in Adobe Captivate (I know! different company, but still) running super slow on a PC with a dual-core processor.

I believe these would be more related to the spec required to run that version of browser or flash
