I have a course with a PDF document attached via the Resource tab. When I view the course from my laptop I can open and view the PDF. However, when I test the course in SCORM Cloud, the link for the PDF is there, however it will not open. I get an error message.
Anyone else ever experience and does anyone have any suggestions on what is happening?
What sort of error message are you getting from SCORM cloud? I use SCORM cloud frequently and have never ran into this problem before so curious what error you're getting.

It's a page not found error. Again, I previewed the published course prior to uploading to SCORM Cloud and the attachment works fine.

When you add a file to the Resources menu, the file actually becomes a part of the course, so this is odd.
Are there any spaces, underscores, etc., in the file name? Try removing any of those extra characters, if possible, and see if that helps.
I was unaware that the file name couldn't contain spaces and extra characters. Problem solved! Thanks!!
