I have title that closes every time a user clicks to download a PDF file. I am currently using CourseMill LMS. Does anyone know a way to allow files to open without closing the title?
also.... I added the files to the resource section to see if that would resolve the problem and it didn't . When i open the file in CourseMill the file opens, but it closes the course without giving me the option to resume.
Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud? That is our go-to testing when there is an LMS involved so that we know where to start looking. If you are unable to replicate, it may be something you can follow up with your LMS team about.
It happened there too, however, your response made me think of something else. I was using Google Chrome in both instances. I just logged into IE and the files are now opening in the SCORM Cloud and the LMS. Thanks so much, Leslie!
