I've created a course in SL 360 and attached a PDF doc to it (see image.) The link works fine for me when I publish it, but then when my colleague takes my SL file and uploads it to the LMS, the link is broken. Any ideas on why this would be and how do I avoid this in the future?
That way, the resource will "follow" the Storyline file, even if you send it to another developer. If that person publishes the file and uploads it to a LMS, the PDF link won't be broken.

Try adding the PDF resource to the Resources tab first, then link to that resource in the course player.
