PDF question

For the courses I am working on I need to have a Certificate of Completion for the user. At the end of the learning object we have a summary screen where the certificate is filled out for them. It contains the name they entered in at the login screen.

My question is how can I set it up so that the user can click a button and save the certificate to their tablet as a pdf? I am not worried about the web version since I am using Flash to build the course there. My goal is that when they click the button to save their pdf they then can either email themselves/teacher the pdf or print it out from either their tablet/PC at a later time.
