PDF reader timing out in Storyline 360


We've got some compliance training being rolled out at the moment and there is a PDF embedded in there.

I've just had someone say that they are reading the document in Chrome and it times out after 3 minutes. They then have to open the PDF again, scroll down and continue reading.

Is there a timeout command that might be somewhere in Storyline/the PDF code that is doing this?

I've not had this sort of issue come through ever before.
