I am working with web objects, and created a feature where learners can view pdfs within the course by creating web objects. I links/pdfs work when I publish in "web" but when I published in LMS/LRS and tested it out in SCORM cloud, I would get error messages that the page does not exist.
The files are hosted by my computer. My understanding is that when I publish the files, they become imbedded into the course's files and therefore can be published on an LMS; is that correct?
I've tried both, just to see if the problem happens in both types and it does. However, I am aiming to have the course display the PFFs in a new window.
Thank you for the recommendations! I will definitely speak to management about using the private support case to try and solve this.
Thank you so much! Since my company's procedure is to verify the content works in SCORM Cloud, would you know why they wouldn't work on SCORM Cloud, or how to make them work in it?
It's hard to tell why they wouldn't work without testing the .story file on our end. Can you share the .story file privately with us in a support case?
I am having the same problem. It works on the Web but not in the LMS. I have a folder with .story file, the pdf and the index file. The scorm is what is loaded. Any things I could check out?

Hi, Octaviano.
Thank you for reaching out!
Let me ask you a few questions to narrow down the issue:
Are you comfortable sharing the .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can test it and help you troubleshoot?
Hi Maria,
I apologize for the delayed response.

Hello octaviano!
When publishing a course for LMS, all elements of the course are packaged in a folder that should be uploaded to an LMS.
I'll keep an eye out for your support case!

you should try it on Scorm Cloud (the free account is limited to 100 MByte)
