When a course is completed successfully, the user sees a "Pending Completion Signature" in the status area of the the active transcript. We are using a Cornerstone LMS. They claim that setting has been disabled in the LMS. They believe that it is a setting in Storyline. I can's seem to find anything about this anywhere in Storyline. Anyone seen anything like this?
There is not a setting within Storyline that would report "Pending Completion Signature" - and since Cornerstone shared it's something that can be disabled, I would double check with your LMS team.
